At Courthouse Brew Co., we craft a variety of creative beers alongside our beloved flagship offerings. Our inviting taproom is situated at 3 Brussels St. within the historic MJ Whitall Mills. You can easily find entrances to the brewery adjacent to either side of the building. The MJ Whitall Mills are conveniently located just off exit 11 on I-290, making them easily accessible from I-190, MA-146, and I-90, and just a short ride from the suburbs of Worcester.

Courthouse Brew Co is what has affectionately been called Worcester's speakeasy of breweries. A little off the beaten path in the MJ Whithall Mill building, no secret word is required to enter the taproom filled with historic Worcester Courthouse photos, exposed brick, a hand crafted hickory bar, and a cheeky neon sign- "you've been served."

Dan Whalen and Mark Gawlak, co-owners and lawyers by trade, opened the taproom in July of 2023 & have added seltzer cocktails, mocktails & food to their full bench of beers.

On Thursday evenings you can find live music in the taproom via a local favorite-open mic night. With a cozy & welcoming vibe, the Courthouse is the perfect place to host any event!

A recent addition to Worcester's market scene, The Market on Brussels, a seasonal outdoor Sunday farmers market running from May-October is conveniently located right outside the taproom. Grocery shopping, a pint & a bite- what more could you need?
